Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2026
These terms govern your use of AiNotes and the purchase of our handwritten AI engineering notes in PDF format.
1. About AiNotes
AiNotes sells premium, handwritten technical notes for developers transitioning into AI engineering. Notes are delivered as PDF files by email after manual payment verification. AiNotes is operated by Priyesh Pratap Singh.
2. Orders and manual payment
When you place an order, an order ID is generated and the order is held in PAYMENT_PENDING state. You pay manually via UPI using the QR code or UPI ID shown on your payment page, then upload a screenshot of the successful transaction. Uploading a screenshot does not confirm your payment: every payment is verified manually by our team.
Once the payment is verified, the purchased PDF is emailed to the address you provided, and the order is marked Delivered. We do not operate automated payment verification or automated email delivery.
3. Digital delivery
Products are digital PDF files. No physical shipment occurs. Delivery is by email to the address attached to your order, normally within a few hours of verification, and always after verification completes.
4. Licence
Every purchase includes the Personal Study Licence unless a Commercial Licence is purchased for that note. Your use of the notes is governed by the applicable licence document. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or commercially distribute the notes in any form. Delivered PDFs carry a watermark with your email address and order ID.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access the original PDF files, other customers' orders, payment screenshots, or any administrative part of the platform. Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape content, or reverse-engineer the service is prohibited and may be reported.
6. Accuracy of content
Notes are study aids, not professional advice. While we work hard to keep content accurate and current, AI engineering evolves quickly; always verify critical details against official documentation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiNotes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the notes or the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant note.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date.
