Privacy Policy

• Order data: your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen note, licence type and amount.
• Payment screenshot you upload, plus any optional remarks you add.
• Licence acceptance records: order ID, email, note, licence version and acceptance timestamp.
• Basic security records: order lookups and download events are logged to prevent abuse.

We do not ask for, and do not store, UTR numbers, transaction IDs or payment dates.

To verify your manual UPI payment, deliver the purchased PDF to your email, maintain licence records, and keep the platform secure. Watermarks applied to delivered PDFs contain your email address and order ID to deter redistribution.

Customers do not create accounts. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Administrator access is limited to the operator and protected by authentication and role checks.

Order data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Payment screenshots and original PDFs are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable. Access to payment screenshots is restricted to verified administrators.

Order and licence records are kept while the order may need support, and as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; we will retain only what accounting rules require.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of errors, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You can also ask us not to contact you except to deliver orders you have placed.
