Copyright Policy

Last updated: November 2026

All AiNotes notes are original works. This policy explains ownership and how copyright issues are handled.

Ownership

All notes sold on AiNotes, including their handwritten explanations, diagrams and code examples, are the intellectual property of AiNotes. Purchasing a note grants the licence described in the applicable licence document — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Unauthorised redistribution

Uploading, sharing, reselling or repackaging AiNotes notes without a Commercial Licence is a copyright violation. Delivered PDFs are watermarked with the purchaser's email address and order ID, which allows leaked copies to be traced to the order that produced them.

Reporting infringement

If you find AiNotes content redistributed without authorisation, email us with the link or file name and where you found it. We will investigate and act appropriately, which may include terminating the source order's licence and pursuing further remedies.

Third-party material

Notes reference publicly known techniques and official documentation of third-party tools, which remains the property of its respective owners. No endorsement by those parties is implied.
