Commercial Licence

The Commercial Licence is offered per note, where the note's author has enabled it, and is priced at exactly ten times the personal licence price.
Permitted commercial activities
- Internal training and onboarding of team members within one organisation.
- Use as reference material while building commercial products or services.
Resale and distribution rights
- You may distribute copies within your organisation, up to a maximum of ten (10) team members per licence.
- Resale to third parties, bundling into paid courses, or public redistribution is not permitted.
Duration and territory
The licence is perpetual and worldwide, unless revoked for breach of these terms.
Attribution and modification
- You must retain the AiNotes watermark and branding on all pages.
- Modification is limited to personal annotations; the underlying content must not be repackaged or rebranded.
Recording
Commercial licence acceptance is recorded separately from personal licence acceptances, with your order ID, email, note, licence version and acceptance timestamp.
Organisation-wide licensing
For more than ten team members, contact us to arrange an organisation-wide licence.
