Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create an account to buy notes?

No. Orders only need your name and email address. There are no customer accounts, logins or subscriptions on AiNotes.

How do payments work?

Payments are manual and UPI-based. After placing an order you get a payment page with the UPI ID and QR code; pay from any UPI app and upload a screenshot of the successful transaction. Every screenshot is verified by a human before your notes are emailed.

When will I receive my PDF?

After your payment is manually verified — usually within a few hours, and always within one working day. The PDF is emailed to the address you used for the order.

Can I see the notes before buying?

Yes — every note has a free preview of the first five pages that you can read, zoom and page through right in your browser. The full PDF is only delivered after payment verification.

What is included with a purchase?

The complete note as a watermarked PDF, plus a Personal Study Licence. Some notes also offer a Commercial Licence for team use, priced at ten times the personal price.

Why is the PDF watermarked?

Each delivered PDF carries a subtle watermark with your email, order ID and purchase date. It doesn't affect your reading — it lets us trace redistributed copies back to the order that leaked them.

Can I share the notes with my friends or study group?

No. The Personal Study Licence covers one person. Sharing, reselling or uploading notes to groups is prohibited. For team use, buy the Commercial Licence where offered.

Can I get a refund?

Limited cases are refundable — see the Refund Policy. Since every note is previewable before purchase, change-of-mind refunds after delivery aren't offered.

I paid but haven't received anything. What should I do?

First check your order status on the order status page with your order ID and email. If the payment is verified but nothing has arrived, email us at priyesh.singh.x7fy@woolf.education.
